This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm30 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm30 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. rm30 does not permit minors to register for or use any betting or gaming services offered on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the rm30 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if needed.

These terms apply to all users who access the platform via web browser, mobile app, or any other means provided by rm30. Use of the platform by a third party on your behalf does not release you from your responsibilities under these terms.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities

Registration Requirements

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the rm30 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rm30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You must use your real name and personal details. Using another person's identity is a serious violation of these terms.
Your rm30 account may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rm30 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
Any activity that occurs on your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team within a reasonable time.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the rm30 support team immediately and change your password.
Rm30 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing it with anyone.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Rm30 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the betting or gaming system, including the use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical methods.
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the rm30 platform.
Colluding with other users to exploit promotion or bonus systems in a dishonest manner.
Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through any communication channel on the platform.
Attempting to access systems, databases, or areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
Accessing the platform from a geographic region blocked by rm30 using a VPN or other methods of concealment.

Rm30 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who breach these rules, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the rm30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, TNG eWallet, and supported local bank transfers. rm30 is not responsible for any fees or losses arising from foreign currency exchange rates.

Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the rm30 account holder.
Rm30 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit suspected to be of dubious origin.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change without prior notice. Please check the latest details in your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the account holder.
Users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal or before transactions exceeding certain limits can be processed.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and prevailing conditions. rm30 does not guarantee a fixed processing time in all circumstances.
Bonus balances or promotional credits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Specific conditions for each promotion are stated separately.

Rm30 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation if there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. Affected users will be notified in such cases.

Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property

Rm30 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, or technical errors. The platform is provided "as is" and rm30 makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, rm30 reserves the right to void or modify the affected transaction, and its decision shall be final.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rm30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
Breach of these terms and conditions, including multiple account registrations.
Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity recorded.

Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation may not be eligible to re-register.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the rm30 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the intellectual property of rm30 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without prior written consent from rm30.

Amendments & Governing Law
